Let yourself be captivated by the magical charme of King Ludwig the Second's world, for example on guided tours of Neuschwanstein and Linderhof Castle. In the evening you can visit a production of the well-known musical "Ludwig - longing for paradise" („Ludwig – Sehnsucht nach dem Paradies“).

Take the route of the German Alpine Road from Hohenschwangau to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the well-known wintersport resort at the foot of Zugspitz mountain. Within 75 minutes you can reach the top of Zugspitz mountain by cog railway. If you prefer to "travel" faster, use the cable car from Eibsee which takes you up in 10 minutes. At the summit you will experience a sensational panoramic view onto perpetual ice. The panorama restaurant offers culinary treats. A guided tour of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the afternoon completes your visit. Restaurants and the casino invite to an evening out.

Tegernsee Valley lies surrounded by picturesque mountains at the foothills of the Alps. Lake Tegernsee invites to a boating trip. Another possibility is to take the cable car up to Wallberg mountain and enjoy the view onto the enchanting valley.
