Experience the German Alpine Road in a roadster or convertible. Thus, you will not only get to know culture and landscape along the German Alpine Road, you will also experience automobile history.
Day 1: Munich
Day 2:
The first part of the journey leads you down the motorway Munich - Salzburg which you exit at Siegsdorf. You will get to Inzell, a place well-known for its speed scating rink. Now you are on the German Alpine Road. Winding mountain roads take you to Obersalzberg near
Berchtesgaden. The Rossfeld-Höhenring Road (Rossfeld-Höhenringstraße) was built so that not only hikers can enjoy the beautiful alpine landscape but motorist as well.
Overnight stay in Bad Reichenhall.
Day 3: Lake Chiemsee Region
On your automobile experience tour you will drive around Bavaria's largest lake:
Lake Chiemsee. There you can learn about Celtic, Roman and Bajuwarian settlements. A visit to
Herrenchiemsee Castle, built by King Ludwig the Second on Herrenchiemsee Island is another highlight of the tour.

Day 4: Tegernsee Region
Enjoy the route along lovely roads, through romantic places until you reach Lake Tegernsee, one of Bavaria's most beautifully situated lakes.
Overnight stay in Tegernsee Valley (Tegernseer Tal).
Day 5: The Top of Germany
Part of this day's route leads you along a former mountain race course to
Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the olympic town. From there you can take either cable car or cog railway up Germany's highest mountain, Zugspitze. Back in the valley your journey continues towards
Füssen, past Linderhof Castle, one of King Ludwig the Second's dream castles. In the evening, you can experience the King Ludwig Musical in fascinating scenery.

Day 6: Royal Castles
Visit the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle. Continue your journey and drive to Pfronten and see the castle ruins Falkenstein where the king meant to built a second Neuschwanstein Castle. Afterwards your journey will take you through the lovely
Allgäu to Lake Constance, Germany's largest lake.
Overnight stay at Lake Constance.
Day 7: Munich
Return to Munich down the motorway.
