St. Nikolai Church

The church of a former Augustinian monastery, dating back into the 11th century, was transformed into a baroque church at the beginning of the 18th century. Its Romanesque crypt is one of the few remnants of those times. Since 1978 parts of the former monastery have been centre piece of Passau University.
