Veitshöchheim  lies seven kilometers north of Würzburg and enchants with its calm character. The river Main, churches, chapels, Court Garden and palace, houses and alleys form a work of art, a unique experience in charming landscape. The garden of the former summer residence of Würzburg's prince-bishops is one of Europe's most beautiful rococo gardens and invites for a stroll.

This extensive park inspires with playful statues, arcades and trick fountains. The palace was built in 1681 and was extended according to plans of Balthasar Neumann.
