Tierpark Hellabrunn München (Munich Zoo)

In their modern concept „Geo-Zoo-2000“ the Muinich Zoo deliberately decided to show only a certain number of different species, whom they try to offer almost natural habitats. What the zoo would like to achieve is: the wellbeing of the animals and an active protection of nature. At the same time the zoo would like to provide an interesting recreational area for people.

To make an interactive encounter between man and animal possible, the zoo keepers present „their“ animals to the visitors. Amongst others, visitors can watch elephants on their “jungle patrol“, the sea lions’ „fin parade“ and the griffins doing their „air acrobatics”.
