As of June 5 Munich Secession, Museum Villa Stuck 
The first comprehensive exhibition on the “Munich Secession,” which was founded in 1892 by Franz von Stuck, Peter Behrens, Lovis Corinth, Adolph Hölzl and Max Liebermann as an inter-nationally oriented association of artists. Munich thus became the birthplace of the “Secession,” which sought a trailblazing liberation of art.

14. June 14, reopening of the Cuvilliés Theater
The Cuvilliés Theater, one of Germany’s most beautiful Rococo theaters, will show itself in its original splendor. By then it can be visited during the opening hours.

July 5 and 6, festival weekend on St.-Jakobs-Platz
Around the new Jewish Center music ranging from classical to klezmer, dancing, creative street theater and special light installations 

Festival summer
Throughout the summer, especially on weekends, visitors can enjoy theater, cabaret, concerts, exhibitions, lectures, tours, information markets and lots more in the city’s various districts. The events will be created and presented by a wide range of associations, initiatives, institution and artists.
